What do children in Palestine dream about?
This little zine is the result of a question we asked a bunch of kids in our Kiddos 4 Palestine group: What do children in Palestine dream about?
Through drawings, stories, paintings, and collage, kids of all ages shared their answers - some imagined peaceful skies or kids getting to eat all their favourite foods. Others drew kids rebuilding, or finding spaces of safety. Every page is full of care, curiosity, and big-hearted imagining.
We put it all together in this collaborative zine - made with love, shared in community.
We hope you flip through these pages slowly, talk about them with the people around you, and hold space for the dreams of children living through things no child ever should. This zine is a way for our kids to all come together to imagine a better world.
About K4P
Kiddos 4 Palestine is a growing community of children and families coming together in solidarity, creativity, and care. Through art-making, crafting, workshops, park hangouts, and playful gatherings, we create space for kids to connect with one another while learning about justice, compassion, and collective action.
Kiddos 4 Palestine is about building community from the heart - with new friends, sidewalk chalk, and imagination. We also engage in fundraising and awareness efforts, from kid-made zines and watermelon keychains, to designing T-shirts and other creations that help raise support and funds for the Palestinian families we support.
Kiddos 4 Palestine is a space where all kids can take part in shaping a more loving, liberated world.
